The transport fees is not included in the fees . It is dependent on distance from school. For details contact the Transport department – transport@deensacademy.com.
Please find the transport fees for the next academic year 2024-25. The transport fee is calculated for 10 months that is June 2024 to March 2025 and is divided into two terms of 5 months each. Term 1 is from June to October and term 2 is from November to March. Please note as the due dates for payment are 25th March for new admission and 5th May for existing students for term 1 and 5th October for term 2. A late fee of Rs 500 per day will be charged after the due date.

If you wish to clarify the bracket within which your residence falls, kindly feel free to write to Mr.Atiq Mohiuddin director facilities at df@deensacademy.com / transport@deensacademy.com along with the following details,
1) Child Name, 2) Grade, 3) Pickup Address, 4) Drop Address, 5) Campus
We have online payment only through our ERP Portal. Once paid, the receipt will be generated, and we will start adding the child to the bus route.

- The prescribed tuition fee is payable in full or in three installments (for all 12 months) online through ERP Only.
- Cash payments will not be accepted.
- The 2nd & 3rd instalment of the tuition fee has to be paid before the 5th of September and 5th January respectively. The first term fee for the following year has to be paid by the 5th of April. No reminders will be sent by the school regarding the payment of fees.
- The bus fee can to be paid in two installments by 5th April & 5th October by ERP Portal Only.
- Defaulters will have to pay a fine of Rs. 500/- per day. Please note that no excuses recommendations will be entertained in this regard. The fine will be added to the transport fee as per the kilometer bracket while making the payment.
- If a student has defaulted with payment of fees, a letter of warning will be sent. The student will not be permitted to attend class after one week from the due date.
- Fees once paid will not be refunded.
- The fee structure is subject to change periodically.
- Students joining the college in the second or third term will have to pay the entire year’s tuition fee. Students withdrawing in the middle of the academic session have to remit full years fee before relieving formalities commence.
- Existing students who are seeking transfer will be refunded 60% of first term fees before college reopens. There will be no refund of fees after college reopens.
- The college retains the right to determine its policies, especially with regard to fee slabs and fee payment structures. We solicit your support on this.
Receipts for the fees paid will be available in the students ERP Portal .

- Post- dated cheques may be deposited at the school for Bus fees only, in the event that you are unavailable during the fee payment period.
- If a student has defaulted with payment of fees, a letter of warning will be sent. The student will not be permitted to attend class after one week from the due date.
- Fees once paid will not be refunded.

- All fee queries have to be directed to the Principal.
- Students joining the college in the second or third term will have to pay the entire year’s tuition fee. Students withdrawing in the middle of the academic session have to remit full years fee before relieving formalities commence.
- Existing students who are seeking transfer will be refunded 60% of first term fees before college reopens. There will be no refund of fees after college reopens.
- The drop-box facility on the bus may be used for payment of fees. Kindly follow the above instructions for the same.

- Receipts for the fees paid will be available in the students ERP within 10 working days.
